Cancellations and Refund policyEach property has their own specific policy, please ensure you read through these carefully prior to booking as refunds will only be issued if they align to property owners’ policies.

ChargesYou will pay the rate which the property owner has highlighted per night/week/month depending on your requirement plus a service fee of 12% of your total booking. You may be subjected to a mandatory tourism fee which is not generated by Place to Stay but a fixed amount charged and payable. You will also be required to pay a security deposit on booking depending on the property, which will be returned in full to your original payment method within 7 working days of exiting the property provided there is no damage to the furnishings or building. You will also be charged against this deposit should you lose the keys to the property.
